Position Summary

As a Wash Bay Attendant at Dot’s Event Rentals, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards for our equipment and contribute to the positive experience of our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Washes and performs light maintenance on rental equipment
• Uses materials such as water, cleaning agents, brushes, and cloths
• Keeps wash bay area clean
• Keeps cleaning supplies in orderly fashion
• Operates various hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks
• Assists in maintaining yard cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Upholds company safety standards and ensures appropriate procedures are followed
• Performs other duties as requested

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required
• Previous general labor experience
• Experience operating power and manual tools and light and heavy equipment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift/move approximately 50-70 lbs.
• The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Most work will be performed outside
• May have exposure to chemicals, including but not limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, propane, kerosene, and cleaning solvents
• Use of cleaning agents and pressure washers is required for certain tasks

Schedule

Monday – Friday.
*Possible overtime/On-Call hours during the busy season
